The NEET examination was successfully conducted on May 7th, 2017. More than 11 lakhs of student have given the exam for the admission in MBBS/BDS course. The result will be declared on 8th June 2017. On 17th May 2017, there was a re-examination happened in Warangal in the state of Telangana.The reason behind the re-exam was that the students were not provided with the regional language paper, during the examination day. After the protest from the students and various organisation, the CBSE reconducted the exam.The re-exam was given by 228 students successfully.

Today, the supreme court has rejected the petition, which states the cancellation National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test(NEET). The petitioner has accused that there was no uniform question paper. There was the mass difference in the level of questions between English and Tamil.

Also, as per the petitioner statement, the question were different in English and Tamil. The Tamil was easier compare to English. The petitioner has demanded, “One India, one question in the NEET is a must otherwise the level of intelligence would differ.

In Gujarat state, the parent’s of NEET aspirant have moved to Gujarat high court and filed the petition contending that questions in Gujarati were difficult in comparison to English. The hearing on this matter will happen tomorrow on May 26th, 2017.
